Where are ISTEA pieces made?

Each ISTEA piece is sculpted and handcrafted in Montreal, with particular attention to detail and finishing.

Why do some pieces require a production time?

Because our jewelry is handcrafted, certain pieces may require approximately 3 to 4 weeks of production before being shipped.

This time is part of our process: each piece is carefully crafted rather than mass-produced.

When a piece is already available, your order will naturally be prepared more quickly.

Is every piece of jewelry exactly the same?

No — and that is what makes each piece unique.

Due to our handcrafted process, slight variations in texture, shape, or finish may occur from one piece to another. These variations reflect the handmade nature of our work and are an integral part of the identity of each piece.

How do I choose my ring size?

We recommend knowing your ring size before placing your order.

If you are between two sizes or need assistance, please contact us before making your purchase. We will be happy to help you find the right size.

Where do you ship?

ISTEA ships to Canada, the United States, and select destinations in Europe.

Available shipping options and fees are displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Are customs duties and taxes included?

For orders shipped to the United States and Europe, applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout.

No additional customs duties or import taxes should be required upon delivery.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been prepared and shipped, along with tracking information when available.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Since certain pieces may enter production after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a modification or cancellation will be possible once the process has begun.
