Why do some pieces require a production time?

Because our jewelry is handmade, some pieces may require a production time of approximately 3 to 4 weeks before shipment.

This time is part of our process: each piece of jewelry is carefully created rather than mass-produced.

If the item is already available, your order will naturally be prepared more quickly.

Is each piece of jewelry exactly identical?

No — and that’s what makes each piece unique.

Due to our artisanal process, slight variations in texture, shape, or finish may appear from one piece of jewelry to another. These variations are a testament to the handmade work and are an integral part of each piece's identity.

How do I choose my ring size?

We recommend knowing your ring size before placing your order.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

A confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been prepared and shipped, along with tracking information when available.

Since some pieces may be specially crafted for your order, we cannot guarantee that a modification or cancellation will be possible once the process has begun.
